16 Blossom Street

Cost: $118,989
*Required EP's: Apartment Life
Custom Content: Marvine's Ladder; JRW's Stair Wall Fix; Roddyaleixo's Invisible Driveway Recolor

Otherwise known as Par's house, 16 Blossom Street was based off the in-game dollhouse. It wasn't meant to, but it sort of turned into a miniature mansion. It has seen some playtesting.

This is a mid- to large-size lot, and may run into some lag problems on lower-end computers.

Front view. The house boasts a driveway, which is a bit of a rarity for me, which is an invisible recolor so we can see the gravel underneath. Again unlike the majority of my houses, there is only a minimum of hedges and other garden plants, so mods and gardeners should be pretty much unneeded.

Back view. As you can see, the balconies are very narrow and mostly inaccessible. They're meant more for decoration than anything else. The front and back porches are both only one tile wide, so you might experience some queue-stomping due to them. However, the lot has lots of backyard space, perfect for setting up wedding arches or jungle gyms or whatever your sims need.

Top-down view, second floor. The house has three bedrooms, all of which are equipped with double beds (though not all of them accessible from both sides). There are a total of three bathrooms in the house, two of which are on this floor. You can also see here the second floor of the front entrance and, possibly the best feature of the house, the two-story library. The bedroom farthest left also has the dollhouse inside which inspired the house.

Top-down view, first floor. The kitchen is relatively small, but has a nice dining room. There's a living room, the first floor of the library (with a thinking cap), and entrance to the tower.

The tower is very small and cramped all the way up to the third floor, but it provides a great view of the surrounding neighborhood.

And that's 16 Blossom Street. The porches and some areas of the blueprint are a little awkward, but it plays well enough. I hope you and your sims enjoy it!

Please don't claim this lot as your own work.

*I am not sure how to go about ascertaining which expansion packs each lot needs. Based on looking at which furniture and building materials I used, I listed the ones I noticed, but it's possible I missed some that you'll need to install the lot. If it doesn't work, let me know and I will work with you to try and get a basegame version of the lot available.

Also, if you know how to figure out which expansion packs a lot needs, please let me know how to go about it!
